How to Stay Positive and Meet Your Soulmate

How do we stay positive during times of turmoil and unrest?  

Sometimes it can be challenging to keep your vibration high and to stay positive, especially in what seems like great times of change and upheaval, however, staying positive is a key factor in creating the NOW that you choose to experience.

When you can stay calm and in your heart you can help those in need and also benefit the collective consciousness, which we are all a part of. When you silence your mind and connect with the present moment you connect with the vast intelligence/power of your higher self or Divine pressence, which is always there, waiting for you to connect with and integrate into your physical self experiencing this reality. And it is that power which has the true ability to transform your life.

How to Stay Positive

Many years ago, when I was a hypnotherapist I had a vision while a client was “in state”. I would go in state with my clients and follow my guidance as to what they needed. During this session I saw a thought bubble come out of her head (like a cartoon thought bubble) and I saw her think “apple”. I could see the actual red apple in the bubble as a thought form. Then she held out her hand and the apple appeared in physical form. I got the message that this is how it will be when we are in the 5th dimension (almost instant manifestation).

Right now, we still have the luxury, and I say luxury intentionally, of “lag time” between when we think something and when it manifests physically. During this lag time, we oftentimes will cancel out the manifestation with our doubt, fears and feelings of unworthiness. Obviously, this can be counter productive when we are wanting to manifest something amazing in our lives and therefore need to keep those cancelation feelings and energies in check.

If you are conscious of your thoughts and you have been practicing mastering your thoughts and energy, you know that not all of your thoughts are positive (unless you are someone like the Dali Lama) and that you don’t want all of your thoughts to manifest. For example, sometimes I catch my foot on a rock when hiking and stumble, almost falling. My mind usually automatically thinks something like, “Man, that could have been really bad. I could have fallen and hit my head on a rock and maybe even died!” Because I am conscious of my thoughts and what I am putting into the quantum field, I quickly say or think “cancel-clear” and consciously remove that thought from the field! If  I feel that the thought has a lot of energy behind it, I also put that thought form in balloon and send it up to my higher self to transmute into love and energies for my highest and best.

Mastering Your Thoughts

Now, imagine if there were no lag time and whatever we thought instantly happened! Several months ago (I'm writing this October 2017), I received the guidance (from my higher self) that the lag time has shortened significantly and that things are manifesting much more quickly. We need to be even more diligent about watching our thoughts and consciously creating what we want in our lives. I’ve seen many people go down a spiral of negativity that feeds on itself much more rapidly than before. They start thinking about what they don’t want in their life, or about how bad something is, and pretty soon they are totally depressed and even suicidal! The negative energy quickly creates more of the same as the quantum field attracts "like energy" and provides more of what they are focusing on. With the shorter lag time, they don't let these thoughts go and cheer themselves up soon enough, and before they know it, they are in the dumps and are having a difficult time shifting out of it.

What helps me stay positive the most, is keeping my focus on the good things; the love I feel for myself, my friends, my family, my pets, animals in general… to be grateful for everything in my life. I’ve caught myself recently dreading doing the dishes. Then I think about those that have lost their homes due to hurricanes, fires, floods… and I quickly think “cancel/clear” and change that dread to gratitude that I have a home and dishes to wash! If I’m dreading washing the dishes and feeling like I don’t want to wash them, then guess what? I could be manifesting a way not to, and who knows what that might look like. I’d rather change my thoughts and be grateful that I have food to eat and dishes to wash. The more grateful I am, the more good things come my way. I’m also grateful for that lag time which allows me to fine tune my thoughts and energies, thus my manifesting skills!

Using the Law of Attraction to Meet Your Soulmate:

If you are single and ready to meet your soulmate, you can use the law of attraction to manifest your ideal mate. Your thoughts, energy and emotions are the main ingredient (and of course, accessing the large pool of conscious singles on works beautifully when using the law of attraction to meet your soulmate!). For example, when you are washing dishes (might as well stick with that theme), you can imagine that your partner is drying them, or cleaning the kitchen counters or preparing dessert. You can also imagine that they are standing behind you with their arms around you. Maybe they start massaging your neck, then other more “sensitive” areas… you might not even finish doing the dishes.

FEEL how good it feels to have someone with you. Feel how turned on you are. Feel how loved you feel. Feel how deeply you love them. Feel that powerful sense of appreciation and gratitude. Amp up those feelings and be happy and grateful that you have manifested such an amazing partner.

KNOW that your partner may not look like you have imagined in the past. KNOW that how you FEEL when you are around them is much more important then having someone to show off to your friends and family. FEEL a calm sense of knowingness that you are loved beyond words. FEEL your heart almost aching with such a powerful love for them. In-JOY these feelings and TRUST that this will soon manifest in your physical reality. 

When you are using online dating sites like, look beyond the photos. Photos are just a quick snapshot in time and can’t capture the full essence of someone. READ their profile, see how they answered their Match Questions and feel into them. I challenge you to be open to those that don’t look like your programmed version of your future partner. Contact those that you feel a connection with, no matter what they look like. Listen to your inner guidance and follow it. Trust yourself and have fun! It really does work.
